Have you got what it takes to train new ESL teachers?
Our TESOL programme is all about providing job related skills, knowledge and internationally recognised certification for aspiring English language teachers of all ages and backgrounds. Over the past 5 years alone, more than 3000 people from the 4 corners of the world have completed our Australian Government accredited TESOL programme in Vietnam & Cambodia and embarked upon a rewarding career as an English as a Second Language (ESL) educator.
Mandatory requirements to be a Teacher Trainer include:
• University degree
• Internationally recognised ESL certification
• Australian Government accredited Certificate IV in Training Assessment & Education (or preparedness to obtain the qualification)
• 5 years (minimum) of hands-on ESL experience
In addition to being a skilled, knowledgeable and qualified educator, the ideal candidate will have an abundant supply of energy and creativity. He (or she) will be engaging, affable and have what it takes to keep a group of aspiring English language educators on the edge of their seats throughout an intensive 4-week study programme.
Typically Monday to Friday (daytime) – 60 to 80 hours a month
Negotiable, but expect a savings capacity (after meeting all personal expenses and without cutting corners) of US 1,000.00+ per month.
